Le Cordon Bleu - Ottawa
Interesting New York Times article on Le Cordon Bleu in Canada - the only 'true' LCB in North America. Not trying to knock the LCBs in the US, but I think they are franchisees that bought the rights to the name - they don't necessarily the teach the same curriculum.
cool article - i really think you should think about writing something for your two classes and sending it off to the new yorker or the NY times!! you totally could do it and make it sound better! my 2 cents!
